Q: How long have you been photographing weddings?

A: I started shooting weddings when I was 18 and fresh out of high school. I am currently 24, so about 6 years now!

Q: If we don't consider ourselves "country" would you still photograph our wedding/session?

A: Absolutely! I put emphasis on country couples just because I love the lifestyle so much, but even if that's not your thing, i want to work with you (just as long as my work speaks to you we will be besties!)

Q: Where are you based out of?

A: I consider myself based out of both Northern California and North Dakota because I was born and raised in Cali and I have all my family there! So any chance I get to go back I will take! I also already have a ton of trips planned within the next year to California! So ask me about my travel schedule! I am currently living in North Dakota though so I also base myself out of the good ol' midwest!

Q: What do we wear for photos?

A: Don't worry, I have a style guide I will send your way on what to wear, and what to bring to your shoot! I gotchu!

Q: What is your photo turnaround time?

A: For weddings it is 4-6 weeks, and for regular sessions it is 2 weeks.

Q: Do you travel for weddings or sessions?

A: Heck yeah I do! I always welcome travel across the U.S for weddings and shoots! I even have a travel bucket list I offer discounts for if you are getting married in one of the locations on it!

Q: How many images do you provide?

A: Every package I have varies on the minimum number of images you will get, but there is no maximum cutoff. These are your memories and I do not believe in holding anything from you to get you to pay for more like some photographers do. Totally not my thing.

Q: Will you give out RAW files?

A: No, I believe that half the magic of what I create comes from the editing. If I gave out my RAW images you would not be seeing the final product or my full capabilities!

Q: How does payment work?

A: I require 50% up front at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due no later than one month prior to the wedding date.

Q: What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

A: For weddings, if a retainer fee has already been paid, it is legally non refundable and a new one will need to be put down for a new date. Same thing applies for regular sessions but please always ask me if something unexpected comes up, I am willing to try to work with you. I know life happens sometimes.

Q: What if you cannot make it to our wedding?

A: Heaven forbid this ever were to happen, I would attempt to find a suitable replacement for myself however I am not legally required to do so. If I cannot accommodate and find a replacement or be there myself your money will be refunded.

Q: What about bad weather?

A: I always encourage embracing the elements to make for a fun and unique shoot! But if it is bad enough to where it can damage my equipment or we would hate our lives the whole time, we can reschedule.

Q: What are your travel fees?

A: A lot of my packages have the travel fee included within the price, but if I need to add on additional fees for travel I only require transportation, lodging, and flights to be covered. We will figure out what your budget is for my travel expenses and I will do my best to stay within those means. I will never book anything without confirming the price with you first. Once I book something, you will get an invoice and have one week to pay it.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: The only consistent discount I offer is for active duty military and law enforcement. Being the daughter of a cop myself I have some mad respect for that thin blue line!

Q: Do you photograph families?

A: Not too often anymore but I do take on a few from time to time. It never hurts to reach out and ask!
